It’s hard to believe that the spring semester is over and summer is here. Even though we are enjoying sunny summer days, we are planning for the fall!
As the Vice President for Student Affairs, it is my pleasure to invite you to join us for a very special event next semester. Fall Family Weekend is scheduled for October 2-4, 2009, and offers you and your students an exciting and memorable WVU experience.
The Mountaineer Parents Club staff, in conjunction with various other University units, is busy planning a great schedule of events for you and your students. Many opportunities will be available while visiting Morgantown. You will be on campus at a great time because West Virginia’s foliage will be at it’s peak! The events will kick off the evening of Friday, October 2. I hope you will be able to join us for this very special weekend on campus.
Remember that at West Virginia University, students and their families are our number-one priority. We provide both caring faculty mentors and state-of-the art learning facilities.
